2day is ah ma 83th bday + mummy day..
Actually decide wanna do apple pie 2 let my family c wat I learn in schul...
Finally do d apple filling successful le (wif my mum n dad help la),but oni realize tat forgot 2 buy d shape container...faster go carrefour buy...but I stupid til buy wrong...wat I buy is juz a thin sheet of aluminium foil...x_x...bo bian...next week oni do lor...
At nite we go steamboat in house(coz ah ma say dun wan waste money,ahma is oways lyk tat d la)...
Aunt buy a pen2 cai4...cost rm298...all gud tings...delicous of course la~haha~
Ah ma 2day so hapi ya...uncle auntie all cum n wish her hapi bday...hope ah ma can oways hapi lyk 2day n stay healthy oways ya...
I oso vry hapi 2day ya~ coz my darling successful in his exam 2day~he hapi den I hapi ya~promise him wil help him celebrate next week...actaully is he force me 2 promise 1 lorrr...hope I can do it la...haha...

Hahaha...2day I cut sooo many apples...almoz 20 apples I tink...me n francisca together cut oso nid 2 ++ hrs 2 do it lo...n cooked d apple filling...Dan c me not enuf tall 2 cook den go out bar there n take d box 2 me 2 stand on it...i admit I actually nid it la...but hor...every1 laugh me lor...esp chef...hmph...luckily juz 5 ppl in kitchen lor...but is ok...i din hav bad feeling oso...coz tat box reali help me...thnks ya...haha...

2day is basic cooking...we learned how 2 cut vegetables...so many methods 2 cut vegetables lo...rondelle,batonnet,dice n many many...n stil nid 2 estimate d length,width n height...reali hard lo...n im left-handed wat...chef wan 2 hold my hand 2 cut oso vry difficult lo...haiz...reali hav 2 practice hard in home le...gambate ling...

2day chef nid 2 cook for 4 VIP n mr.edwin...of coz we hav 2 help him la~
We went cold storage nearby our schul wif chef (I never noe nearby our schul got a supermarket lor)...
We bought pasta,potatoes,onions,whole chicken,parmesans n many la...
We bought 2 sets of different ingredients ...coz our lunch oso cooked by chef~haha~
We help chef 2 do mise-en-place (preparation in French word)...
Tis is d first day I cut vegetables lor...i duno how 2 hold knife...n even duno how 2 peel d onion’s skin...omg...now I so regret tat I never help my mum in kitchen...luckily chef slowly taught me n slowly ok alr (juz ok lar)...n when I holded knife...every1 so worry bout me lor...haha...scare I cut myself??o them??haha...n sherlyn vry geng lo...she cut d whole chicken after chef showed 2 us...i oso duno whether I can do it onot...
VIP d main dish is pasta n d starter is salad...
Our lunch is called “chicken chasseur”...of coz chef got do extra pasta n salad 4 us 2 try la...our lunch was oso yummy lor~eat vry full neh~n d price is more cheaper den we eat outside lor...oni $ 1.80 can eat so many delicous dishes alr~outside food is vry expensive n oily oso...

2day got 2 go bck 2 jb coz our dear juniors hav their choir competition...
Bought $ 1.40 d ticket from kranji coz wanna go larkin...at msia custom...c hav SBS Transit d bus den alighted it...when I c d bus turned into d kotaraya bus station n all d ppl cum down reali shocked me lor...ask ppl den oni realized I took wrong bus alr...wat d hell...den hw I go 2 ssi o...wanna rush le den happen tis kind of ting...causeway link d abang say he wana go bck home den can fetch me go...charged me rm5...i argued wif him den he oni say rm4 is ok...i oso duno y I so da4 dan3 lo...dare 2 sit a stranger’s car...never do lyk tis b4 lor...n I keep teeling tat abang dun wan kipnap me o bring me 2 any place...haha...if let mummy noe wat I hav done...i sure kena scolde d la...
Choir got first-runner up in competition...well...any1...include choir members n us...all of us hav done their part of job le...we advised them wif our heart...n they sing by their heart...tats enuf ya...gambate 4 next year o~

2day go 2 ICA 4 student pass n access card tings...
When get tis 2 tings reali vry excited lor...coz no nid 2 wait in d ALL PASSPORT lane alr~haha~
All of d msia students tat study in spore muz noe tat how miserable when stuck at d woodland check point...i stucked in checkpoint for 2 hrs b4 many times lor....
Haha~but moz hapi d is 2day chat many tings wif new frens(stil consider new la)...suh fan,li qi,pei ying,francisca n me chit chat bout many tings...so gud tat we can bcum gud frens ya...of coz xing xing oso la...haha...

Wah~2day finally meet our dear chee hoe papa le~
We went 4 sing K together...chee hoe papa is reali a gud singer lor~got impressed us wor~
But hor...he reali a old people lor...so many new songs he duno how 2 sing...mayb nilai reali a ulu place la...make him bcum oso ulu oso...haha...
Den went 4 watching movie...so long din c scary movie le(my dar wil scare la...haha)...actually tat movie got scared me bit la...but when c yong le d scare look den d movie bcum funny le lor...haha...
We went our roti plata dinner nearby ting hse...got same sense wif le...Tat ROTI KAYA vry fantastic lo~muz bring darling go 2 eat next time lor~
Duno when can meet our chee hoe papa again le...hope he dun bcum older again le lar~oya,my mum say he bcum handsome le o~so dun cut ur hair til so short le larrr...hahah...

2day is d orientation of our schul...but is juz 3 hrs d orientation la...haha...
Of coz nid 2 listen those rules n regulation lor...n we oso try our uniform...
Got 2 sets of uniform...1 for kitchen lyk chef d uniform...1 is for F & B lyk waiter d uniform...so buzy 2 wear n change so many clothes...lyk fashion show lor...haha...
Yesterday is d sad day lor...coz feel lyk I not longer stay in my own hse le...of coz I noe tat I can go hom as I wan every week...but juz duno how cum vry sad...i dun wan cry in front anybody d..but when dad n mum wana bck le...tears juz uncontrol 2 drop down...mum oso dun wan say anyting 2 me...i noe...she dun wan make me cry...at nite dad cal me I tink mum oso dun dare tok wif me ba...
But wat reali silly is...i oni stay 1 day a...wat a stupid ling...haha...
